It has nothing to do with anything with this video but I recently purchased a Ps5 and the technical service was not at all helpful so here are some questions that I would appreciate if you could answer. 1. I was playing a game and out of nowhere the console turned off, I turned it back on and fixed my external storage but when I start playing again it crashed again, since then I no longer use my USB as extended storage and it hasn't happened again. Why did this happen to me and will it happen again? 2. I played a physical PS4 game for a while on the PS5 and when I finish playing the game the center of the disc is slightly deformed to the side of the cover, I was wondering why an almost new disc was deformed, could this happen again, if I continue to use the game with the slight lifting of the plastic the disc reader of the console is at risk of damage?
I did literally everthing you guys told me to do. But yet, the PS5 doesn't turn on again by itself... When I try to turn it on by myself, it appears a message "It's not possible to iniciate the PS5"... By the way, I've just bought it today. I need HELP

@@VicosRicosD so i assume it works the same especially since a friend who had the same problem confirmed it. I personally was lucky and my ps5 suddenly started working properly so I cannot safely confirm it. But I think it is mostly that uploading your files into the PlayStation cloud is the same as uploading them into an external storage.
Nah, the cloud data you save is game data, user profiles etc. The files you download onto thumb drive is the software for the system. Idk what the guy down below is talking about but no, they're not the same
I downloaded the file and saved to my USB, but when I select option number eight, it says the file cannot be found any particular reason why? Any help would be great

I'm probably going to have to try this as none of my ps5 or even ps4 controllers work as intended. No matter if it's ps4, ps5, or Edge, the right analog isn't calibrated correctly. Try to play a ps4 or ps5 fps, and the slightest touch is wildly inaccurate, making shooters impossible

It would be great if with the new system software update you made it possible to The LED light in rest mode while downloading the game turns it on and off just like the Playstation 5 controller that the yellow color is the same as usual and that it turns off and on every time, the fastest is every 15 seconds, medium 20, and slowest 30 seconds, and when the game is downloaded, the LED light turns green, that's how we know it's games download without having to turn on Wi-Fi or mobile data on smart devices that have ps app or turn on the console to check if the game has been downloaded.

The "SU" stands for the error categorie "Software Update". On Sony's page and on several other websites you can find several error codes starting with "SU". Unfortunately, I couldn't find a single entry regarding my error code "SU-101269-9". It may be very rare. I should contact the Hotline, because even if the error code isn't in the freely accessible list of error code explanations, the support team will probably have a full list of the error codes and their meaning. @@RebornGalaxyLittle Update: I managed to get the PS5 to reset via USB! Unfortunately it crashed during the re-installation and is now completely bricked. 🥺😢 So if you're ever in a situation where you want to reset the console due to constant crashing, beware.. If the same problem occurs during the fix, then it's completely dead. 🫠
Even after following all the steps, my PlayStation 5 still keeps telling me that it can’t load data from the PlayStation store, community base, and anything that has to do with the PlayStation menus
For what it's worth it does work if option 8 is your only option in safe mode (my issue). Just cleaely follow the instructions regarding folders, names etc and the usb drive 3.0 (what I used) goes in back port of console. Good luck 💯
Playstation is horrible I'm stuck on safe mode on ps5 with one option it's been like this for weeks and I can't play on my ps5 and it's new fix this I'm stuck on no.8 reinstall system software

GAY-station SUCKS balls. The Series X can play games from the ORIGINAL X Box, and I haven't had any of these issues that the Gay-station 5 is having. And when transferring a game from the internal to the external you are FORCED to watch the transfer screen on the Gay-station 5 but on the Serie X (even on the previous X boxes) you can play a game WHILE the game is transferring. LAME GAY-station 5. They made a system that STILL had previous issues that the gay-station 4 had probably MORE.
