If CPS takes child from single parent and court appt atty moves against a pretrial and go straight to trial in 2 weeks and parent doesn’t show up for trial ,does parent lose custody.?
I have one of the most gut wrenching cases I wish I could have atleast some help to know what to do ..my cousin which lives in Pennsylvania has been terminated as a parent and her sister wants to fight for custody but the cyf is conspiring against her ..the case worker literally knows the temporary foster parents as friends and is biased in trying to get the permancy ..if anyone who knows what to do please help
and the mother did everything to win them back everything!!!!!! all they did was tell her yes just do all you have to do you will get him back ..but all they were doing was dragging it out to waste time ..it's so sad and if you knew all the facts you would help ..I truly hope someone sees this and helps my family

I need an attory they terminated my rights cause i didnt get divorced quick enough im in Florida its a cover up i showed them video proof my 2 and 3 year old was being beaten by fostor mother i begged my caseworker to do a wellness check and guardiam ad litem as well they ignored me well 2 weeks later i picked up my kids from daycare and my daughter was black and blue. After the visit eckard community was going to bring her back to the fostor mom i called the police the police immediately arrested the fostor mother. They were warned this was happening and i have the proof then contacted an attorney whom said i have a multimillion dollar lawsuit. But i have to have the kids in my custody to sue. Right after i threatened that i went from reuinifacation with un supervised visitation to termination of parental rights. The case worker said because of the lawsuit against them off the record ill never get my kids back. They are doing a cover up to protect themselves. Amd succeeded i need help
