@Tom tom Ha ha ha - probably your biggest 'Duh' moment ever. The Hallelujah chorus was composed by Handel !! Georg Friederich Händel to be precise - and is part of his oratorio 'Messiah' composed in 1741 whilst living in England; having been a British subject since 1727.
I've seen this done by a number of groups, but this is probably the most charming. The seemingly effortless performance belies the amount of preparation, choreography, and practice that went into making it happen. I can see Handel smiling! :-)
love the little jumping guys lol, beautiful piece, and fun to watch, and hey thats coming from the atheist that i am, but sure do appreciate beautiful music
I love this so much , it's so well thought so much practice has gone in to it all. Get effect. Thankyou for making me laugh. You I just can't express how much I enjoy it
I have watched several of these on you tube and this is the only one I have seen that has absolutely no mistakes in it. There is some fidgeting that takes away from the effect but that is very minor. This is the only one done better than the one on here with 6 million plus views. Great job Monks. You do the order proud.
@Nicholas Schreck No mistakes? The "JAH" guy was late EVERY time! He was half-asleep, apparently. Sorry you could not observe that, but this was certainly not a perfect performance.

There is someone behind each of the 1st and 3rd person, lying down. You can just about see their hands. I didn't notice it the first time I watched this same performance by another group in another video.
The second person from the left had the most work to do and the most to concentrate on. The fourth guy from the right in the green had the best on-stage discipline and the tall red second from the right guy had the most unnecessary movements especially in the beginning adjusting his hood. That's a no no! Overall: 9
Daniel Josue Balam Ceballos Oh, no it's not. I like to think God would get a kick out of it. Besides, who are you to say God doesn't have a sense of humor?
