I installed the EXP clutch in my 09 crossbones with a foot clutch jockey shifter. I don't know how I ever lived without it.

I have a Revloc clutch on my AIH Texas Chopper with a 111 S&S in it and it is the shit. No more worrying about the clutch and my life is so much better because of it. I will be installing a Rekluse 3.0 in my wife's '99 Night Train this summer and I will try to post a video of it. These auto-clutches are amazing and I will NEVER go back to a standard clutch ever again. 30 on 2

I have a Revloc auto clutch on my AIH Texas Chopper and I do not know how I lived without an auto clutch. It truly is a different animal.

How did it affect engine breaking when down shiftiy?

@@zacharymorse9029 That took a little bit to get use to. Once your rpms go under 1200 you are freewheeling in neutral you just have to pay a bit of attention or you can crack the throttle just a bit and you're good again. I also will down shift and slightly goose the throttle then let it ride out the engine brake until it goes too low, and repeat.

@@zacharymorse9029 If you are going to Sturgis this year, I'll be up there, but Recluse will be up there doing installs for $1000 and that includes everything. It's a deal that's hard to beat.

What's the 1st gear no stall that motorcycle riding courses use? I'd like to get one of those. When they teach you how to use a clutch, they have you shift into first and let out the clutch, but it doesn't stall the bike. The bike just moves forward. They use something and I want to know what it is. You can still shift through gears and what not.

Hey Lemmy, Nice video man very informative ✊🏼 I currently own a 4 gear 89 sportster 883 which I've brought back from the dead 😅. Its running good I would say, but how ever I feel that the clutch is slipping. I just dont feel the power going to the rear wheel. What can you recommend for me? I really want to feel that torque. (Note:- I do mostly street riding and uphill curvy riding)

I have a 2018 Sportster 1200T. I have arthritis in my left thumb so makes riding for more than 30 mins painful. Want a Rekluse cluch that minimises us of manual clutch and makes the ver as soft as possible. What can you recommend? Thanks.

I have a 2011 CVO Ultra Classic with a stage 4 set up would the Rekluse clutch improve my current set up?

Yes, you lose the effect of the gearbox acting as a resistance to rolling when parked on a hill. -DrewZilla

No, you cannot put the standard EXP on a Street 500. Instead, you would need the Rekluse RadiusX auto clutch, which is available specifically for the Street 500. -DrewZilla

+Cafe Sportster Rekluse only makes Harley clutches for the Twin Cam engines, so we don't have anything to fit your Sportster. If you had a Dyna, Softail, or Touring bike, then you'd be in luck. I apologize for any inconvenience! -DrewZilla

That is a problem I had to get use to. You learn to adapt but at first it rides weird, when it comes to engine breaking. Now, with almost a year on a RevLoc auto-clutch I've learned to chirp my throttle a bit to get my rpm's up to allow for engine breaking.

efm might be your best bet for an autoclutch but idk if even they would do it (sadly it s not available at revzilla (and i have no experience wit them)) But revzilla and others sells aftermarket clutch perchs which reduce the force required to pull the clutch which might be enoughtfor you.

De ce que j'en comprends ya seulement la première vitesse ou on a pas besoin de shifter manuellement lorsqu'on repart d'un stop par exemple, est ce bien cela? J'ai un problème d'arthrose a la main gauche qui m'empêche d'utiliser ma moto de plus en plus, je cherche une solution de rechange.

Just think of it as a clutch that disengage itself anytime the engine rpms drop below 1500 but you can still use the lever to disengage the clutch over 1500

You still have to manually shift through all the gears. However, you don't have to pull the clutch while at a stop. -DrewZilla

of course not, the gearbox is unchanged , just the clutch is optional, use or not, its up to you. its a centrifugal clutch
