My friends always say that if you won’t be happy without her, you won’t be happy with her. I think for the most part that’s true. A relationship won’t magically fix things. I do think it would be nice to have someone to care for. Someone other than myself to live for. It’s been too easy to get overly introspective lately. I can’t gather the courage to talk to anyone. Even going to the store has been incredibly stressful. I’m stuck in the paradox of I shouldn’t date until I’m feeling better but I may never feel better. I don’t want to be alone but the last thing I want is to be a burden on someone else, especially someone I love. I just feel doomed. I’ve lost hope. tbh everything is horrible and I just want to end it all, it sucks because never in my life have I felt this low because something has always saved me but I jus can't help but feel like its the end. this new job has driven me to the point where every night and every day before and after work i cry. at work I smile and pretend everything is fine. but today I could not, I had a panic attack right in the middle of my shift and I had to take my break and run off and hide behind another store. when I came back everyone asked me if I was okay nd they wanted to know what was wrong but I couldn't say a word. I hid in the freezer a little while after trying to calm down and I barely survived my shift. the other night after work I rode over into oncoming traffic and pulled away just before I collided with the other cars. I honestly wish I wouldve just committed. I have no time for myself and it just feels like the walls are closing in on me. im so depressed I can't even force myself to shower, I shower once a week, the most basic things are so hard for me. im just wondering when it will all end.
