I colored my hair “off black” to help look a bit more healthier as you suggested. I did a deep conditioning treatment and sat under the dryer. And I also started doing the reverse mold method when I don’t feel like curling. Let me just say my hair has never looked better and it even feels softer! This is exciting. Love ya Roxy, thanks

Thank you so much Roxy.... I actually do this quit a bit. I'm blessed that nothing crazy has happened but I relax at least once a month especially if it don't lay down!!!! Makes me feel better my folks go crazy when I saw I'm bout to " perm" again!!!! 💙 But I noticed as long as I condition and moisturizer my hair is good!!!!!

Every time I do my hair now I think of you. I tried to wave it last week, but it had too much growth. I cut it shorter than my usual high mohawk Monday then short yesterday as too want it to dry/style quicker and relaxed as it seems to be growing fast. Keep doing what you do as your inspiring me to be fly.

I know this video is 10 months old. My hair is now cut short in a pixie style and colored purple this video is my go to when on the days I'm not able to see my hairstylist. Yesterday I relaxed my short sides and back added more semi purple let my hair dry under the bonnet hair dryer. Today I will comb it out put curls in it with the same pencil flat irons but mine are ceramic and style it. You are definitely an inspiration with trying to maintain a short style I haven't worn one in many, many, many years. I apologize for this comment being lengthy... 😊😊😊💕💕💕

I have a bonnet dryer..I guess i have to sit under a while for my hair to set...about 30 minutes i think should do it. Since I have been molding my hair..its gotten softer. I don't care for perms though but the molding definitely helps. Any other dryer recommendations...like portable dryer options? Thanks for sharing.

I'm not Roxy but... Since your hair is cut short molding the hair is a step you do in order to lay ALL the hair down, including the hair that can't be flat ironed. And sometimes once molded (and hair is dry) you can skip the step of flat ironing.

Molding is the secret ingredient to the look. Gives you a good canvas of hair to work with than hair that has been blow dried. Follow everything Roxy does she is a guru at this.

You should actually relax after 2 months at least, I did the same within only 14 days and all that hair growth was gone, my hair started to fall out and breaking like crazy.

While it could be lighting, I think it’s important to note that all 🌎 skin have undertone. Since the skin depth is deeper, normally the undertone is deeper as well. On a fair person they may have a yellow or pink undertone but on a deep complexion the pink is more red. The yellow is more orange. If we research images from people around the world, we will find individuals with very deep complexions that may have a slight purple or blue undertone.
