A warm bubble bath is def my fav way to relax after a rough day or week. Everyone makes fun of me, but I color coordinate my closet too. Helps me find things easier.

So relaxing. I can't wait to do a night time routine tonight. After chasing after my toddler all day I am in need for a routine like this. I feel the same way. I was using sensodyne toothpaste. I have noticed that my teeth are not as sensitive since I stopped.

Hi Jay, the Sensodyne toothpaste doesn’t make my teeth sensitive. The Crest Whitestrips does it. I was told to use Sensodyne 2-3 weeks prior doing the Whitestrips Kits. Also, the way you are pulling the strip off, may cause sensitivity. Looking amazing, as always ✨💫

Hey heyyy. So my teeth actually got sensitive with the toothpaste before I even started using the strips again 😕 I switched toothpastes and it's back to normal now

@@mariejay Ooohh…thanks for letting me know tho. I’ll keep an eye on that. Before the strips, I was using David’s toothpaste and I switched to Sensodyne when I felt the sensitivity.

I think the toothpaste is different for everybody, I started using it after I got a dental filling and it’s been months now using it and I notice a HUGE difference, if I don’t use it I get really sensitive 😩 Try using the regular not the extra whitening version🖤

I use sensodyne as well and I don’t use the one with whitening being that I whiten my teeth already with gel. My dentist told me me that using the sensodyne with whitening will cause your teeth to be hypersensitive because instead of protecting your teeth with the toothpaste first it is counteracting to whiten your teeth with the chemicals. It’s probably best to stick to non whitening toothpaste when whitening your teeth at home or whitening toothpaste & no whitening strips. Hope this helps hun! ♥️

Yeah the synsodyne will make it more sensitive. It actually says only to use for a like a few weeks or a few months and then take a break. It’s not supposed to be used constantly. I learned that the hard way also

Hi love your videos. And yes the sensodyne toothpaste made it worse for me. And it also made my entire mouth feel raw. Like my tongue and cheeks and gums felt like I had spent days sucking on sour candy.

Im dental assistant. It’s best toothpaste to use since you are whitening your teeth. The strips are making your teeth sensitive. Continue using the tooth paste.

Finally I see someone taking a shower before bath. I don't understand how people get in the tub wash their bodies then just soak in their own dirt... yuck!
