I was doing this program earlier but my son became so ill that I was flying back and forth between homes and just didn’t keep it up. I love every workout and fighting depression as he passed away the first of May. Your voice is so soothing and the workouts are just perfect for this 72 year old body. Your exercises are suitable for much wider audience than seniors. E.g. I am beginner of pilates and I absolutely love your channel ❤.This relaxation was also a really wonderful as every practises in your channel! After a day at work and hours on the laptop, I did the menopause workout you uploaded a few days ago. I used heavy weights and afterwards I felt tense on the muscles and soreness. Before getting to bed I did this bedtime yoga and this morning I feel relaxed and I have no tense and sore muscles. Thank you for that. I am going after breakfast (today there is a strike and I have time) to do the morning stretch you uploaded recently. Senior Shape has been a blessing for me. I had a full knee operation and will most likely never be able to put any pressure on my knees so chair yoga gave me alternatives and restored my mindfulness. I have 3 grown children in 3 different countries and they all have made sure that there is a good chair facing a window in my guest room so I can do Lauren’s workouts. ❤
I'm 50, so almost a senior, and after undiagnosed graves disease I was left feeling weak and unbalanced. So far, just a month of steady working out with these videos, I feel so much stronger and I'm getting my balance back!

Having had both knees replaced it’s painful to be on knees. Is it possible to do a bedtime stretch video that is standing please? I do your videos several times a week.
Hi Leeanne. It is not suitable because there are man moves where we round and twist the spine. In general, you can bend from the waist as long as you keep your spine straight (don't round your back). This was amazing! I am not a senior (I am 22) but, I enjoy how your workouts are easy to follow along to and complete. This one was definitely my favorite since it was slower and pretty relaxing!!
