Sometimes after not skating for a while, I feel like I'm in a slump. Where I'm not getting any better, I'm plateauing, and sometimes I'm even getting worse.
And when those times come, I have to take a step back, regroup, and figure out a new angle of attack.
When this happens, the best thing I've found, is to go right back to basics and rebuild from the ground up. Pretend I'm a beginner, and relearn how to longboard.
