Excellent!! Could you please share a video the mechanism of increased water and sodium excretion by the action of ANP. I like to understand how the urine is diluted after eating a salty meal and/or offering high sodium (salt) level to dogs and cats which cause diuresis, which is beneficial.

Sir what is your recommendation for cidmus tablet ( or sacubitril+ valsartan)

Sir, You explained really well. But i have a question that what is the effect of ANP on GFR? As B.P and B.V decreases by the action of ANP. So, GFR should decrease shouldn't it? But somewhere i read that GFR increases. How is it even possible?

Could this be a cause of occasional nocturnal enuresis in people with a history of heart failure and hypertension who do not drink alcohol ?

Hello, why does it increase thirst? thats not in your video but i read about it.
@elizabethkaur7759
@elizabethkaur7759 3 года назад
Hi! I think your question is regarding Angiotensin II increasing thirst. If it is, I think Ang II increases thirst because that'll help increase blood volume and the goal of the RAAS system is to correct the low blood volume/low blood pressure.
