1. Ships normal node 2-E gives material for Carbonite, Bronzium and Gydra. 2. Squad arena Shipments: Occasionally gives 10 gear pieces that sells each for 12 of Bronzium for 100/150 currency. (MK4 Fabricated Data Pad Prototype, MK 5 Blastech Weapon Mod Prototype) 3. Guild activity Shipments: There are 3 spots including one where you get Chromium material that sells 5 pieces of Bronzium material for 100/150 currency, all of them gives 20 Bronzium per piece. (Look for Blue or Green MK4, MK5 or MK6 pieces)

As informative as that all was, once again my biggest takeaway from you video is something I should have known the whole time: the lock feature

I use 1-C light side for circuit boards. You get 3 gear pieces that can be used for it. I might have to look at your suggestion too.

The 'squirreling away'-method just kind of changed my life. I can't believe I've never done the basic arithmetic until watching this. I was thinking, "Why not save up the fifty pieces, craft it, then scrap that for more salvage material?! Xaereth NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Then I realized, looking at zinbiddles here, 18x50=900... The same value as scavenging a fully crafted piece. As someone who actually likes to do math, this was a big miss on my part. So now I join you in the realm of soul-crushing squirreling! Also, something something algorithm.

This has been a long time coming! Relic mat crunch is really a thing that greatly affects mid tier gp players and above but rarely gets addressed.

My strategy: CCB - mostly gamble packs, sometimes conquest currency, sometimes just excess gear pieces that accumulate from challenges, farming, etc… BW - farm the kyroprod node, guild store (I have all the BW purchases ending in 3 so that they’re obvious which ones to buy), sometimes conquest currency CT - Guild store mk7 weapon mods AH - Mk3 holos bought with raid1 currency EC - raid3 ZC - raid3 ID - raid3 or bayonets bought with GET or SSC (raid3 is inefficient here but I have surplus) GK - raid2 purchases of convertible materials such as furnaces I’ve yet to need to buy aeromagnifiers though, have a good stock from back in the days of CPit, and I’m swimming in droid brains since I use so few of them.

My tidbit of knowledge: The full pieces for Electrium Conductors can be converted for 13 pieces each. The trick to get these easily is to keep buying the two purple pieces before the Mod upgrade mats from the shard shop. You get 4 at a time and if you keep a healthy stock of these it is easy to get a full piece so you don't have to farm as many gold pieces to get an equivalent amount.

FYI, the light side node 1-E has a 100% drop rate on 3 basic components (+ 2 additional ones with a lower drop rate). These can be sold against the Carbonite CB easily (more effective than the 1-D I think)

I dont think you should use holoprojectors for the heatsink. You should use mkV droid callers instead since one should have more than enough of those since the gear update. And i'd recommend using crystals for impulse detectors

Light side 1D drops four items that are useful for carbonite connectors aside from the triple drop grey gear, and it’s only 6 energy. Great place to farm.

Fleet 3C gets the holo lens for Zinbiddle, and the Mk 6 Hypo for Bronzium

i like 9C on dark side guild activity day, drops the cybernetics for electrium as well as the mk4 bacta gel i always need. helps to supplement at least.

Gryda Keypads are in the Weekly shipment store. IMO, these are pretty good to spend on as they are the right hand side G12 finishers which are far more expensive in shard shop and use GET2 currency. Its also far cheaper to purchase these than buy the salvage in store and exchange it. Whilst the exchange for Impulse Detector is poor, you can farm these in shard shop easily and they can be bought for GET1 currency so its somewhat easier to gather.

HotUtils has a Salvage tool which keeps track of the gear that you need for every character. That way you can tell if you're over or under.

Much like the MK7 for the Chromium Transistors, the "MK5 Blastech Weapon Mod" is in the guild store and you can get like 5 for 100 of the guild currency, and they're great for the bronzium wiring -and they share the same slot with the MK7.

you may already know this but you can sort the components by value. so the best items will show up at the top.

Light side normal 1 c is the best place for carbonite. While you only get 2 pieces of the grey rectangle thing, all of the other pieces are also worth 12 on the scale.

Algo says "why scroll? there is a sort button at the top" for readers, for transistors, just make sure you buy the mk7 and not the mk5 in the store

I need 120ish electrium for the profundity requirements. I plan to buy the majority with the 500 crystals packs that come out next week. Also plan to but the 90 remaining impulse dectors from the weekly shop. Tbh three r8 packs feel like a deal but I'm also not spending on the profundity.

Light side 9-F is so clutch for gear

It so odd to me how different people play the game results in different gear crunches. I’m 9.2 mil gp, light spender, and I am never short on bronze wiring but constantly short on circuit boards. Because of that I always farm kyrotech computers and buy shock prods because DS 8A gives me salvage for circuit boards. I also use to merc HSTR and have so many top 10 finishes that I am loaded with full pieces to craft electric conductors.

Light side 1c is best overall for the lowest level relic mat. Each gear piece it drops is converted for 6

I'm a longtime player, just hit 9mil GP and have 5 GLs, and currently working towards Jabba. I have a stockpile of Aeros that I've saved up since relic 8 dropped, but have a hard time getting a couple other pieces with the new currency system. What's your opinion on best ways to get Zimbiddles and especially Impulse Detectors? I'm holding off on gearing for the moment so I can use the gear in Scavenger to get the detectors. Need 7 more to get Han to R8

For impulse detectors I'd say the cheapest way of getting them is just buying them from the weekly crystal store xD

i farm 7B every day 3 times, even then my demand of Bronziums is higher,mtherefore the 500 crystal gamble pack IS worth it IF you take TIME into the equasion and the limited amount of refreshes. BTW you are super late, right ?

Also one more thing. There is often pack in story for 1599 crystals. Which can give 400 energy and 5-15 from each of relic material up to R7. I think it is good value. Even if you get only 5 of each (50% chance) you will not get less value then from shipments. If you get 10 of each which is 45% you get a LOT of value for crystals. 15 of each is 5% chance. Pack is in shop usually during Monday/Tuesday.
