FYI the update 08/03 changed how this mirror works sometimes. XB can't ignore mark on HT anymore if it gets it. In the last run, if RC hadn't called HT it would still have breach, and then the RC basic would apply mark, and then with the fix you can't get around it to call the special on RC anymore.
This method works great. One thing to check before entering the battle. You want your XB slower than enemy RC... if not your XB comes out of stealth and he's wide open for being marked and focused down
You knocked it out of the park, again! I recently struggled against fleet mirrors and my guild and myself attributed that to crappy RNG. Thanks to you, RNG won't be a factor anymore. Thanks again, buddy :)
get your rebels upgraded. falcon, biggs and bistan start. go all out on ig2000 who should die fairly quickly, then try to do the mass assist on XB. from there you can whittle down the enemy and call in cassian if you need a big cleanse

Thanks! I've just always placed executor on defense and don't bother with fleet arena is my shard is "full" and not open to new members so I never had to learn the mirror :D. The few times I tried I failed miserable, the very unintuitive use the heal as opening move seemed to be the main thing I was doing wrong.

You can still lose with lower gear RC unfortunately. In the last run you can see they started OK but then called HT with RC (which missed), if they call XB and it hits you can get breached. Then if their RC goes again before yours it gets marked. An imbalance in dodges or XB double taps can also just screw you on the ultimate race. In the end I still climb with Finalizer.
Yea you can win most of the times, but not always. For me biggest problems are these 2 situations. 1. Opponent have slower RC. So it will go after your XB and your RC and dispel all stuff from himself. In that case it can hurt your RC a lot or even kill your XB who is now open. (Similar if all ships have same speed, than it is total dice roll) This is only fight where i ended up with better results with going AOE first than healing. 2. Opponent ships hard focus RC and their capital call S1 before yours while your RC still has TL on himself and is low enough to die from S1's AOE. This is no win condition RNG for me.
In your #2 situation you need to bring in Plo to heal and cleanse, then use Plo to put taunt on himself. Usually can pull out a win like that unless you get unlucky and they still keep going all in on HT. Plo will have Chaff and Breach Immunity so it will slow down their payout progress enough so you can usually make it to the next renforcement and bring in Ebon Hawk before they can get payout.
@@Darksbane100 In my #2, problem is that opponent will reinforce FIRST and because RC has target lock and is low thanks to mass focus S1 special will hit him and kill him before i can bring any reinforcements. It happens rarely, but it happened to me several times specially when fighting maxed or close to maxed fleets.
What about the 3 attacker lineup (IG/RC/XB)? If they go first, it's really hard to keep them from getting their contracts. If I move first, I almost always obliterate them in a few moves.
Mirror a 3 attacker lineup, but you need to make sure of a few things and there is a little RNG. You want them to go all in on RC. If they do that is great. If not and they kill IG then it is more difficult. You need to target and kill their IG in the aoe if it doesn't die in the aoe it is almost 100% a loss. Then your IG needs to be faster than their XB and RC. Stun RC with XB. Then ideally their XB goes and their RC goes. Then your XB should go targeting their XB and you call in RC for the mark. Then you kill their XB with the assist from RC.
So everytime I try to do this, my XB gets killed because most of the people I face use r3-5 Bando. i find it's better to Yolo most of the time, and open with the AOE, even when I'm 2nd, because the heal just makes RC target XB because he's weaker.
Can we do this without having the EHawk ship at all, or? I have been using R8 Executor, Boss R7, Cade R8, Crest R8, IG R7, Boba R8, and nothing else. Do you have any tips on a better winning streak?
I find more success in targeting XB first because his basic can give target lock twice (and breach twice, too, I think). Then RC calls him to assist, there's two more. Can you help me understand why RC should be gone first? What relative RC/XB speeds are assumed here on your part and the enemy's?
He's constantly under stealth.. OR he cleanses all of his debuffs every time he lands breach. He breaches with special and 2x breach chance on his basic. Razor crest is far less likely to cleanse his debuffs once he's marked
@@ARi-re7tp The stealth is definitely an issue, but when I go first and use the heal, it is dispelled. I then breach with HT, and mark with RC. 99% of the time I can take him out before his 1st turn. You are right that if he goes, he will cleanse. I find RC just as likely to cleanse and harder to finish off before he does so. That's where my question comes from
@Andrew Gedge RC has to wait for his special to be off of cooldown to inflict breach.. as it's his only way to cleanse.. going after RC is not rng dependent the way going after XB is.. They can both work but one is much easier to pull off time after time
@@ARi-re7tp Thanks for the added detail. Does this presume any specifics regarding speed of the 4 ships involved? Wouldn't a slower RC be preferable so you can cleanse the junk whilst theirs uses the special earlier?
We bout 2 put this to the hard test day in and day out. See how 100% it is lol. It just worked for me so... that's a start. I like it man. Executor is all I use in fleet arena. I'm not comfortable enough with the other Egg counters. Nothing but straight mirrors all the time. So far, only 1 person has a r9 Piett (not me, but I soon will) and that person is 1 of the friendlies. Sometimes I have to deal with the triple attack version of that. Would u happen 2 have a sure fire way 2 beat that every time? I struggle w it more than the normal lineup. Thanks in advance man.🙂
@@Xaereth I've noticed lol and don't think I haven't looked for videos. Your method for the normal lineup worked like a charm on the triple attacker variant last night. 1 person in my shard keeps that triple attack lineup on "d" and is usually sitting in 1st when I start climbing so I almost always have 2 deal with him.
@@Xaereth well, so far it has worked 2 more times back to back against the triple attacker variant. Once with ok rng and 2nd with crap rng. So far so good.
