Released 12 years ago and still one of the best tracks of all time. The Zero series had remixes that went above and beyond what you would have expected. Shame it’s a nightmare to hunt these down in 2023.
Listening it once more made me realize that the roaring sound heard at the end is actually the sound of Ragnarok’s cannon (Quite possibly symbolizing how in the game, Zero fails to stop Craft from firing the cannon and it ultimately destroys Neo Arcadia, killing millions in the center of the city and leaving the rest of the empire in a deplorable state where the once blissful humans definitely have to flee their home. Pretty dark if you ask me)
no doubt my favorite theme from Z4. The sound of Ragnarok firing at was the cherry on top. The people who made Mythos sure as hell knew what they were doing.
I like how they add the Ragnarok's firing sound at the end for story immersion. This is good, BUT, I must say, the previous remastered version (from Physis) is better, especially the end part.
Wow, this is the version that should've been there to begin with. I couldn't appreciate the other one sounding so different from the GBA version. This one rocks!

+HackerHaunter Yeah it was tough to beat. But if your Elf's level was high enough, you could alt it to let you float when there's a bottomless pit. Made it a little easier.
