Remember Charlotte Hornets Tony Parker? 

He obviously chose the charlotte hornets because he got to play for his idol MJ, with French teammate Nic Batum, and this team offered him the most playing time. he already won 4 championships, so I can understand why ring chasing wasn't his top priority. he essentially valued playing time over getting another ring, which was probably his plan all along. very weird to see him in a hornets jersey though not gunna lie.
