This tribute is in honor of Ross and Olavee Martin, who were married September 10, 1967. The song is "Make Someone Happy," sung by Brian Stokes Mitchell and Heather Headley. Special thanks also go to ross-martin-rem... for use of several photos.

Ross Martin is an absolute joy to behold. He was a wonderfully inventive, resourceful actor filled with exuberance and heart.. Modern day Hollywood could take a lesson from him... Thanks, Ross.. for everything..

Haven’t watched Ross Martin act since watching the TWWW reruns in the 70s. But I recently saw his Columbo episode and the man was a really great actor.

I have a notion to second that emotion. A wonderfully gifted actor who was equally good in both comedic & dramatic roles. He left us much too soon.

Heavens to Artemis Gordon ! Thank you so very much for this wonderfully heartwarming video tribute. Kudos ! Well done ! "Make Someone Happy" is one of my all time favorite romantic Broadway show tunes. I always really liked the late great Ross Martin. Regularly watched "The Wild Wild West" on network TV as a kid in the 60s. This is the first time I've seen anything about his widow. What a pretty lady. Sad to read here that his first wife passed away. But nice to know he had such a happy second marriage. What a tragedy that a heart condition led to his death at age of only 61 in 1981. 😞

Ross Martin was an amazing man. To be able to play good guys like artie to murder like dale Kingston on columbo, and be a loving husband and father in real life. RIP you amazing man.

Sadly, yes. She passed away in 2002 at the age of 77. Her husband Ross had passed away in 1981. They rest next to each other at Mount Sinai Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills section of Los Angeles.
