We're starting to make decisions on our home. It is fun and overwhelming. We are hopeful that by the end of 2024 we will be in the rebuilt home. God is good and we see Him in the process.

Poppy Seed Chicken
Casserole:
cooked, shredded chicken
16oz sour cream
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
2 TBS poppy seeds
Topping:
one stick of butter melted
crushed crackers of your choice
Mix the casserole ingredients together and put in your sprayed casserole dish. Top with crush crackers and pour melted butter on top. Bake for about 20-30 minutes at 350 until browned and bubbly.
