Code compliance problems on their home inspection that we had to fix those code problems for them. Unpermitted room addition and they moved the meter base to a spot against code. Played on the exception of financial hardship to grandfather this so it could pass code. This meter base move meant they cut all the grounding and bonding to the house. Big fire hazard. We fixed this.
We set things so that if there is a problem at least the breaker will trip and keep a fire from starting. We got rid of the double lugging because double lugging is dangerous. We added overcurrent protection. Grounded everything including the cable TV so that things are in code compliance.

James Adams Jr, a 15-year distinguished military veteran, runs this Texas born family business. Being a licensed electrician runs in his family's DNA. James is 3rd generation electrician, his dad and grandpa also being. James walked a windy path before My Home Electrician was born. He got his degree in architecture and worked for 6 years as an architect before he realized "a desk job is not for me.”
So naturally he thought "military service sounds like a wonderful adventure." He learned valuable people skills, team building and leadership skills as a special operator. Upon leaving active service after his contract expired, he worked for his dad’s electrician company for a few years then realized his vision was to spread his wings and lead his own company and team... which is My Home Electrician.
