WREN!!! in cleanflight there is an option to trigger a beeper, assuming your drone has a speaker on it. Most helpful thing you can have while flying in a field. It has saved me a thousand times!!! The beeper feature is much louder than the default armed beeping. Get this some likes so he can see!

Joshua Lloyd the beeping wasn’t from a speaker. It was the motors that were beeping. If you aren’t in the hobby that idea may sound weird.

I don't act but Niko pointed out something that I heard once from an actor that made so much sense; Even when you're not the main focus of the shot you should still be acting and reacting as if you are because that gives the editor a reason to cut to you for reactions shots which makes the scene more lively (and you get more screen time!) After I heard that I started watching for those little bits of extra gold in people's performances.

I'm looking to actually get a versacopter and try out FPV drone racing... I have a spectrum receiver and an old transmitter I was gong to use, but I was wondering if the kit comes with a flight controller or I have to get that separately??? Any info would be awesome

It seems like that scene worked out fine in the end. Instead of fighting, the people should've trusted in their director. Niko clearly knew what he wanted and wasn't in any doubt.

It got heated, but that's what advisors are there for, they give advice because they may see things that you don't. Having a clear vision is great, but it's always good to have feedback from someone else to see if you can make it better. Conflict resolution just needs to happen faster on a shoot like theirs because of their extremely limited time and budget.

I agree with you guys, arguments like this are bound to happen and I think a part of what makes a good director is the ability to listen to advice. I think Niko already went through that already though, he listened and he said, no I'd like to do it this way. I don't think it was a very heated argument by the looks of things though, which is very good, because after working long hours for so long I would've expected to see them burst a little. It's just that it's ultimately the directors choice, and with limited time, things will go smootly if everyone respects that.

Replace that linear antenna with a circular polarised clover leaf and install an FC with built in OSD so you know how much battery and RSSI signal you have. I also second the name Nemo, as in Finding Nemo.
