Ms. Violet, is it fine as well to wear double gloves prior to removal so that you can cover the catheter tip later on with the glove prior to disposal?
Do we say what we ought to do in addition to carrying out the procedure .? Like if we are given a male mannequin , do we need to say how the female procedure is done after doing the procedure for the male ?...or we just have to focus on the male alone

Will you discard the 10mls syringe with water into the clinical waste Or will there be a place to discard the water before putting into the clinical waste?
Removing a catheter is this painful for the patient? I am having surgery done on September 28, 2022 never had surgery done before or even had a catheter. Please give me some feedback on this situation. Thanks for sharing the video.
It states clean and dries area around the genital to make patient comfortable, take note, while removing catheter ,tip of the catheter might touch the genital, which leaves it wet,so the cleaning with normal saline dries it up.
new criteria says to not pull the plunger, liquid will come in the syringe automatically. and verbalise about prompting to hydrate with 2-2.5 L water after. good luck everyone. and thank you ,Violet
