@@alexjones1493 It took longer because I worked on it a 2nd day. The cartridge was stuck and I had to use a drill shown in another video. I hope mine was just an exception

Hi I think my valve assembly is upside down down because my shower bath handle is acting opposite of what yours works 😮😢😂😂😂😂😂 I have the Brecklyn 82611SRN AND I had a handy man install. I believe he was in a hurry 😅

Model number of the cartridge is usually written on the cartridge .The model number of the product is on the box only.

When there is a leak (even a tiny leak) from the shower head or when you cannot close or open the water.

Under normal operation, I will say 7 years. Please note it has life warranty. If it malfunction you will get the cartridge for free.
