Remove Back Rolls

Today we have a routine to reduce waist and back rolls and tone the entire area of the abdomen and arms.
In less than thirty minutes we will do a very complete work that will be divided into two phases. In the first part we will stand and use the stick to give more dynamism and maintain good posture. It will be a more cardiovascular part with movements of rotation and trunk flexion to the rhythm of the music to work well all the muscles of the waist area and also the entire back and arms.
The second part we will do lying down and with the help of the stick we will continue with exercises to tone and shape the abdominal area, working lower, upper and oblique abs. If you do not want to or can not lie down it would be ideal to replace this part by repeating the first phase again.
It is a routine without impact, in which you can mark the range of mobility of each exercise avoiding everything that causes you pain or is uncomfortable for you. Suitable for all audiences and perfect for those who want to tone and reduce abdominal volume but suffer from joint pain, neck pain or injuries that prevent you from doing the abdominals lying down.
You can combine it with a Cardio Canal routine of 15 or 30 minutes, which you can do both before and after and you will get a super complete workout.
