Removing a MASSIVE dent in a motorcycle gas tank!

Fill it with water and stick it in the freezer... water expands when it freezes it would have pushed that out overnight. Let Ice melt, drain out, tank fixed.

ROFL the Law & Order theme! Nice work and you saved the graphic! Those DIY slide hammers are the way to go. Way better than the thing that came in the HF kit.

Stick it on the end of your exhaust pipe for a few minutes. It will purge it with hot gas and can safely be welded.

I've tried this myself it doesn't work very good I end up popping holes in the tank from the pins that that I welded into the dent from there I took it to a welder who I thought he was going to TIG it and beat the dent back to just weld it now I got weld on it the holes apparently didn't seal because done such a poor job the best thing to do is to work it from the inside out which is very hard to do also I tried that at first and got most of it out but then I started damaging the gas cap seal area
