You may have to remove tile joints for two reasons
The first: to renovate your joints or even change your style (color for example). However, I encourage you to only consider this work on small areas because the site, you will see, is quite tedious.
The second: to replace tiles, either because they are damaged, broken, or because there were holes drilled inside.
This is the situation in which I found myself on this site.
In terms of tools, you have 3 possibilities:
The multitool: this is the solution I prefer. It is affordable and it is a fairly handy device on which we can adapt different blades according to our needs. Here, for example, I adapted a diamond blade to it. In addition, this tool works by vibration, it generates much less dust.
The seal scraper: a little more expensive, this tool is specifically designed for cleaning seals.
The grinder: it's a possibility, but one that I don't favor, especially when I work indoors.
