They get condensation inside then from sitting, and create water in the oil. It's common here in Michigan to see this because of the cold winter's, and being stored in a unheated building, or outside. That oil looked good in comparison to the A I just purchased. I did use a sae40 because I don't plan on using it in the winter. The A takes 9.2 quarts of oil. I assume the 60 will be the same. You'll have a great tractor when finished.
