@@HPSupport oh, this video has already helped me, thank you. Had some water splashed on the laptop and it was instrumental in opening it up and unplugging the battery. Didn't think it would be that easy and modular-ish on the inside, with replacement part numbers printed everywhere. Very impressed by the parts store too. I know the brand of the next laptop I'm getting
