You're right about walking around being dead on the inside. But as a side effect of SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) antidepressants. Sertraline is the generic name for Zoloft, an SSRI. Side effects can include emotional numbness, loss of emotion. Walk around in a chalk outline. Chinchilla's opening line says exactly what it's about. Sertraline and a sip of serotonin.
