Yes, Ren is talking about the human condition and the internal critic we have in our heads. Glad wr have Ren around, he says it all so mych better than we can. He sings, raps, self taught on guitars bass, piano and drums. He just had a #1 album in the UK with rap, calked Sick Boi. He list most of his 20s due to misdiagnosed Lyme disease. He had been dealing with the resulting autoimmunity and brain damage. He is 34 now . He has over 200 videos on his You Tube channel and was also part of a busking band in Brighton, UK called the Big Push. There is a big Ren family out here waiting for more reactions. You can't possibly from this one track know the suffering that has happened to make this artist write this song and not everyone immediately connects with his life experience. Ren is a talented rapper singer musician writer and producer He was signed to Sony at 19 but was unable to finish his album with them as he was struck down with a disabling mystery illness This illness kept him in bed or housebound until he was 26 stealing his young years and musical ambitions Doctors were baffled and misdiagnosed him several times Meanwhile the true cause Lyme disease from a tick bite attacked his body and brain causing painful and serious damage How he recovered enough to make music again and become an inspiration to those humans also struggling can be found in his lyrics and poetic songs He has music from many different genres and about all kinds of things He does of course often write from his experience.
