I just want to say that it is the height of stupidity to fling around racial slurs in this country. No matter who from which race group is doing it. The whole country is tired of this nonsense. I can't stand it anymore. I am tired of it.

Bro thanks for publishing it. Personally, I don't like Renaldo and haven't watched many of his videos, but bro he literally said he was saying those things for the sole purpose of evoking a reaction, is Malema doing the same thing? Is Renaldo rallying a crowd to say those words with him?? He is literally explaining how he feels Malema is using hate speech and getting away with it. That is what he is saying.

This is a perfect example of a generally good argument which might have evolved and came at the issue from a great perspective if it was at all debated with anyone who disagrees with his point. This shows why we must express our opinions in a mature dialogue before we do public rants.

In order to prove his point, he stooped down to Malema's level. Unfortunately, it backfired, and he is now swimming in the same pool that Malema was in when Afriforum took him to court.

Please let us know if you will be doing a deep dive into racist actions of Andile Mngxitama too, now representing the MK party, not only making racist statements towards white people, but calling for violence against white people, murder, and even to kill their pets. This was back in 2018 and his view on this has not changed, but was sworn into the same Parliament from which the outradge about Renaldo. I just want to make sure that you are not bias in your outrage and condemn all forms of racism.

I get his frustration. I don't agree with all his ideas that he conveyed. He definitely have racist views... common ppl, we not stupid over here. I'm a coloured and I know racism when I see it. It's important to understand We all suffering in this country not just white ppl.

Yes, he should be held accountable for the video; it is reprehensible. However, the blatant nature of his outburst, the widespread virality of the video and the significant backlash he is receiving, precisely reflect the intention underlying what was said in one single outburst in contrast to a consistent, widespread and unyielding narrative about how atrocious "white people" are, dredging up colonialism to reinforce and more to the point, fuel solidarity in this. In some sense this could be reflected on - again, not to mitigate his actions, but taken into account.

I really hope you all criticise Malema & other members of parliament like him with just as much vigour as otherwise he’s proven his point. He chose those words intentionally to provoke but instead you choose to focus on the words and assign your own personal meaning to justify him as being worse than the EFF. Hi everyone 🙌 I have a question in my head and thought maybe I could get some positive feedback. At what point did the k word (originally meaning non believer) or the N word (originally a description of colour) become a racial slurr? I'm curious because in many years from now, could the word boer become a derogatory term if utilised negatively for long enough? Correct me if i'm wrong but being categorised and targeted as a problem no matter what colour, creed or class seems to be a common thread in SA. I'm pretty sure being hateful is not at the top of the list for anyone... (we have life to worry about) Collectively we all tend to be drawn in by use of offensive language and emotions against one another.
