As an owner of a 2014 duster, I must say this car looks so much better, but the interior plastic quality of Renault cars leaves so much more to desire.....

Well, i would never call this a SUV. It makes me think of it like a distant cousin of the Maruti Suzuki S-Cross (A crossover), but well it will never match the S-Cross pricing though. The Media Nav head unit with the same bezels as the Kwid is such a big BIG bummer. As well as no automatic transmission is a let down. If it is priced above the Hyundai Creta, its dead on arrival. Will not sell more than 1K cars a month. This is hands down the best review of the Renault Captur by you Guys.

Hey powerdrift ! I have a suggestion for you. Can you guys make a vidro like dedicated to full powerdrift team ? Like all the cinematography shooters , editors, bikers , other representatives, every important person behind your camera . Can we expect that video ? And make that video in very awesome cinematic way so we can enjoy character of each person you guys work with. It might be too much to ask but just a suggestion. Because powerdrift is not just a channel it's a emotion of millions people. The kind of hardwork and art you put in your video makes me wonder who the hell are these people doing magical stuff behind the camera ? I wanna see them. #PDarmy #respect

I have bought Renault captur great car value for money, I have test drive creta Hyundai, xuv500, Maruti scross, duster, Tata hexa,Nissan kicks before buying this. First creta Hyundai good car but not as comfortable as captur seats of captur are like recliner awesome, suspension of captur much much better, ride quality of roading creta doesn't stand a chance, last service cost of second service just 4000 as compared to creta or other cars 9700 my friend has creta. Second xuv 500 no match to captur in comfort,ride quality, mileage of capture 20 + xuv 15 only like a huge truck no comfort who drives shakes at 110km/hr speed Mahindra cannot match international standards. Third Maruti Scross old only 1.289cc engine underpowered congested car selling bosh system no car quality, hybrid technology car stops everytime u stop have to press clutch to start no comparison to captur selling just name lacks power old people car Tata hexa too big car clumsy like mini truck Very low mileage 14km/hr no match to captu r in comfort and ride quality. Duster good difference captur is much much more comfortable, ride quality, seats of capture like recliner, suspension of captur much much better u don't feel any jerk international standards in captur much much better than duster. Overall car for city ofraoding old and young people.

Good and balanced review - No 4x4, no higher powered engine options than Duster, no better suspension than duster, no automatic...huhhh....Why this should be considered as an upgrade really! All cosmetic upgrades but no real upgrade of the things that truly matter. If I do manage to get a budget for entry level SUV (not a complete poser i.e. soft-roader), I know what I want - JEEP COMPASS it is! For cosmetic creature comforts there is Hyundai Creta....Renault might have a dud on hands if they don't price this sensibly..

Incomplete review powerdrift...Wat about rear seats, ac vents ,cooling effects, boot space, cost.I can go on and on....

Everything except the Car is premium in the video.

Rethink twice before buying this product..irrespective of their success in india, The truth is a lot of duster, scala,kwid got alot of issues such as injector..diesel pumps..turbo..evaporator etc..check for more... Team bhp...consumer Forum complaints. It will become a burden once the warranty is finished. spare parts, Repair costs are high. A pair of nuts costs around 100+..gst. If u want to invest in their cheap product..buying a more expensive car might be worthy..

Why nobody is telling about the petrol Motor

Hey Guys just wanted to tell you I love your videos.Specially how you guys create story out of the content to be shown nd not even compromising on the quality of the reviews. Very new and very different from other auto channels .

Powerdrift, It would be prudent on your part to check and double check facts about the captur. First of all, this is not the clio based car that the Renault sells in Europe. Its a shell upgrade on the Duster with kwid Interiors. Also the Airbags on the Indian version have been made smaller. The ncap crash test numbers (5 star) are for the clio platform based european car and not for this Indian version. None of the Awards that are depicted on the Official captur ad are for this version of the car. As a well subscribed and well respected automotive channel , we expect some critical observations from your side. Please let us know if we are asking for too much!

From the Renault stable only, seemingly Duster shall be a better buy than Captur... when is new Duster planned for launch in India?

welldone Renault... this is a real competitor ..modern suv. .both for city and outside...creta ,s cross , xuv, compass and even innova will get affected...but no automatic is a big drawback.

My favorite brand of cars is Renault. I like the toughness and style which Renault deliver in their product.

#powerdift . The pricing for this car should have had directly matched to that of scross.. only then it could have made quite an impression.. I dont see many buyers for this car.. since Indians love SUVs and we have jeep compass . If renault really wanted to get a premium car they should have got megane r .. so that it could have got a first mover advantange in the space where civic type r will be launched shortly. FYI : next time u r testing in goa .. please go the twisty roads of chorla ghat to test a car.. :) it also has some breathtaking nature view
