Renegades React to... Dragonball Z Abridged - Episode 56 

Do note that TFS twisted the backstory for Gero's son a bit. The interview in which Toriyama revealed information about this never specified that his son was apart of the Red Ribbon Army. It stated that Gero's son was apart of the army (we don't know what army) and died to a stray bullet. He then programmed 16 with a peaceful personality so he wouldn't be destroyed in battle. So Goku's rampage which caused the destruction of the RRA base had nothing to do with Gero's son's death. However, TFS's twist gives Gero very, very justifiable revenge motives and creates a much more interesting plot dynamic.

Android 16 to 18: "Come with me if you want to live" 16 in this video : "How about calling them Cyborgs. You know from that movie we watched together" Sounds like a planned Terminator reference to me 😋😋😋

Points to TFS for consistency. Cell didn't tell the reporter about Garlic Jr Saga because it didn't happen in DBZA timeline (TFS skipped that arc). 😂😂😂

All they did was wish to remove the bomb from 18's chest (they also wished back 17). They wanted to make her fully human again but the dragon said he couldn't do that.

I'm convinced that Cell was the narrator, and that's how he knows all of this.

The androids were humans at one point and become robotic, they are actually cyborgs, part human and part machine. They tried wishing for 18 to become human again, but the dragon couldn't. Also, Dr. Briefs mentions that the girl still "has her baby maker"

Fifth time watching DBA 56 and I JUST realized why Piccolo says "Ow" at 16:07, hyper-sensitive ears and Dende whistles. It's the little things that make this show re-watchable

Just wanna point this out but 18 stays a cyborg. Krillin tries to make her and 17 human but since they are more powerful then Shenron he can't do it. So they wish the bombs inside them to be removed instead

Actually about Hellsong abridged if you follow kaisers twitter he mentions how his computer messed up a few months back that hellsing and this episode of DBZA had to delayed so we are going to get it soon either then of this month or next.

18 was always human who became a Cyborg. They attempt to wish the cybernetic components away from her, but the dragon says he couldn't do that. So Krillin at least wished the implanted bomb out of her and 17's bodies. So she's still a Cyborg (A human with cybernetic components) even after the Cell Saga.

I love how they made the origin of Goten's name from Chi Chi trying to break Goku's record

Nah, nah, the goku not knowing about sex making babies makes sense in the context of the abridged series. In episode 11 chi-chi said that Goku literally thought she had cinnabuns hidden in her shirt while she was pregnant so he clearly didn't understand how pregnancy worked or what causes it.

The reason for the "Super Kami" is that when Guru hear that 'Kami' declare himself GOD of Earth he decided to call himself Super Kami Guru.

Shenron vs Parunga actually seems like a pretty even fight. I mean, yeah, Parunga is JACKED and that might seem to set things in his favor... However, I think Shenron has the overall size advantage. It would sort of be like having a bodybuilder fight an abnormally large python.
