The Kent rectory looks great and the repointing was an epic achievement . I wonder if the centre front gable would have had shingles on it and it would probably have had decorative barge boards ??

They need to wear masks when deal with this stuff especially sanding old windows etc

Yes, old paint in the Uk contains lead.

Kent property stunning on the outside but sadly the inside is far too modern. The kitchen is terrible for a victorian property !
