Can we lease agriculture land for commercial purposes, in our city and state Maharashtra many farmers are giving their land on lease without making Non agriculture and public make agreement with them and start using because land prises are out of budget of ordinary and new start ups. Lawyers are also confuse in this some are saying yes and some say no. It will be helpful if you will make a video or atleast give me a answer.
