I think the trailer rental business is extremely smart. If you don’t have a ton of time to use it, and it’s gonna sit around might as well use it to make you money! No doubt it’ll be a good venture for you guys. Also … love the idea of you getting another truck 😊 to bad I live in IL 🤣

It's always good to have a side hustle along with your regular trucking job... Much success in renting out your trailer and always take before and after pictures with the renters in the frame! Theo is so alert, attentive and always a cute little smiling face.

TIMMIE! TIMMIE! I have been hearing you for years. I decided to try your coffee. I knew I was not traveling to Canada any time soon. Dont stop tuching, and hug him. I rubb the back or friendly manly jabs... that kind of thing. , and sometimes hug my sons. They are teens, always looks kind of content, but a bit shy/awkward about it. Parents know what I mean. Be there for them.

Doing informercials now are ya! 5 minutes about your new business venture would have been more than enough. Pete & repeat.... I do like your back yard lighting though. It's a good idea. Maybe you can come up with an idea kind of like air bnb where you can do US and Canada for owners and renters. I also own an RV. I also drive a tractor trailer. I do day cab work.

Hey, Josh... Best of luck to you & Brit, with your new caravan/camper rental venture! I don't know how you intend to take payment, but I'd suggest that you should request payment in advance, otherwise you could get burnt (as happened to my parents, who rented out a holiday home they owned, for a few years) I love your back garden/yard; your gazebo is AWESOME! Watching you fire-up the BBQ made me hungry for a hotdog and a burger!!! 👍😄 I HOPE, though, that you didn't give your fur babies any cheese, as I read somewhere, that dogs are allergic to cheese (highly poisonous to them; I'm guessing that you already knew that though, & were only teasing, Diesel & Chevvy!!) 😜 Love to you & Brit, from THIS side of the Atlantic!! 👍🙂 🇮🇪❤️🇨🇦

Not sure where you read The Thing about the cheese. But every dog we've ever owned over my lifetime, which has been a lot of dogs, were too stubborn to take pills. So we always had to wrap their pills in cheese and none of them ever had a problem with it. None of them ever got sick. And our vet gave us a list of things you're not supposed to give dogs and cheese wasn't on that list so.

Payment and damage deposit are taken first through the website. Damage deposit is returned 48 hours after its returned if there's no damage. They pay for insurance. Just like renting a car 👍🏻

Hope this works out in. your favor. We tried this one summer, or camper was only a few months old, we used it twice. By the end of the season, our camper was pretty much trashed, cost more to fix it that we made from rent and insurance

Yes this’ll bee a future trend . The government plan to bring more immigrants . And we can’t build enough houses we need a few million. We don’t have trade workers . The kids today are not interested in the trades . House rentals are though the roof. So trailer parks and rentals good standby. Good move Josh . I know not with our risk. Wish well . Our Walmart started selling Tim Horton's ice coffee, but it's a concentrate. So you actually have to add water or milk to it. I bought their birthday cake flavor, but it takes nothing like cake at all.

You might want to think about buying a Tesla SEMI truck for your possible future fleet of trucks. I like those SEMI Trucks that are half SEMI Truck and half R/V.

To safeguard the trailer, I would charge a deposit that is refundable upon inspection. That way, if something is broken (not normal wear and tear), the deposit can be used to fix it. It could be a nice little income for you and Brit. I wish you good luck with the new venture.
