Incredible Mr Marchant....soo big...liked the idea of breakfast table in the kitchen like western countries and balconies all around......Mumbai is very expensive..you can't get such apartments outside Mumbai, and rent can't be compared....this is a home not a showpiece hotel suite....

Not just rent but rest other hidden cost increase rent from 5:5 to 6 lacs, we have rented out flats to Samsung Electronics, Mistuboshi Belting, J P Morgan clients in this building apart of that club house charges around 24000 for 4 people of family of year.
