One thing i can say about this guy that he cannot compromise with the quality, he js a very visionary person.

Sir i stay at ghatkopar and when i was in school 1993 i visited from hill connected from ghatkopar to this powai place and when i grew up i started going this place i liked so much even i said this is the place none compare to any other city in whole India. I never found as my likeness i like it so much. Even emotions are attached to it. I still love this and i would always love this. You really pour your heart into it which can be felt. I visited Once Powai,and Indeed Fall In Love with The Environment,and Neat and We'll Maintained Infrastructure.As I have Lived And Travelled Europe and Places and Came to Understand One Thing, It's All Possible,if We Have Mindset to Do It and Definitely at Par With First World. Well Done Mr. Hiranandani, We Need Many More Of Hira ,Like You who Never Settle For Less for His Services Provided and Provide Services and Quality Products at Best Of The Best No matter Where They Start From. Apparently still many owners did not get the OC since decades as it was in a legal tangle as these buildings were supposed to be for LIG(low income group) section of the society. I know of people buying these flats from 2-tier or 3-tier political party workers who got these flats through the LIG quota. All’s well that ends well!

We dont have quality places like these in India. I recently saw the GIFT city in Gujarat with world class infra and the best 30 story office building I had seen in Delhi / Mumbai. After that, i knew that I wont live in a place without underground sewage lines / electricity / water / etc.
