Doing walk-throughs today for three moveouts from the weekend. First one left me three toilets full of crap, literally. Water must’ve been off there for a good couple days before they left.
Ooo man 3 units at once that sucks. Can’t stand when people leave places like that. I normally look at all properties vacant see what one I can do the fastest and go to town making repairs.
That isn't that bad of a clean out. I had to do one the other day and had to rent a Menard's truck :(. I could definitely use that truck you have. How much do you charge a clean out? Tell us about the money bro!
