Trash is a big problem for landlord. I got tired of paying for dumpsters so I purchased the blue trailer for my own jobs. Ive had the black trailer since 2010. Truck is undersized but it's what I have and reliable. Thanks for watching

If you don't mind me asking, how many rentals do you own vs. how many you do maintenance for? I have one place that's half as trashed as that and I dread fixing that one up
I have yet to share the number of properties I own on RU-vid. Want to do a special video on that. The landlord I work for most of the time just calls me to do repairs. He has 2 other guys that work for him full time. They do turns, clean outs repairs and inspections. I just do repairs when I have time, actually turn down a lot of work.
