Hello I appreciate your content though I would ask that you don’t film so close to everything. For example I don’t want to see a close up of the cups in the cupboard, but I would appreciate if you stood back so I could see the cupboard itself. Thanks mate
Love these types of videos Studios and 1 bedrooms I wonder what’s the average total cost in those studios would be with electric,WiFi and cable, phone and water? Thank you Greg
Good morning from California ☀️ Great video Jeff! Did the last unit have A/C? Also, what about laundry in any of the the 3 units? Keep up the great videos 👍 Happy Travels! E
I just subscribed to your channel.. im wanting to retire to Hua Hin or cha am later this year. Will i be able to rent a one bedroom condo for about 12,000 baht a month. ? . Love the area
I think you can find something in that price range. You might have to look a little, plus it's hard to say what the prices will be like later this year. Good luck and happy retirement.
@@nickmaidment Hi, I’m moving from Alaska in stages. I’d be interested in just some general idea. Likely the place will be rented but I’m gathering info now.
The substance of your video is great. But you need some help on camera work. You spin the camera around too quickly and it's not steady. Hard to get through the whole video
whoa ! got a lil vertigo watching that ! you are moving the the cam around too quickly , you may want to invest in a stabilizer . You should also watch some youtube videos on how to film . not really getting a view of the room because the cam is like zoomed in . Appreciate the effort though, you will get the hang of it eventually .
