(not those about the same tourist places again to repeat about the same topics) and importantly VERY interesting that per month can be found for about 1300THB. I am surprisingly one of the few people that REALLY appreciate this very much (inflation in my country is beyond insane and currently .. i am very sad and frustrated about "future cost of living and stability".) I really want you to know Andreas G that this video of yours gave me some hope. Thank you so much for this. (Lower rent and cost of living to have a stable life is what i am looking for.)
Thank you happy to hear you liked the video! :). Yes I did this video to show people it's possible to be in Thailand even on a smaller budget. What country are you from? The only thing here in Thailand that is very expensive and difficult is the Visas. Have you been in Thailand before?

Why do you think that's the cheapest apartment in Chiang Mai? How many apartments have you looked at? Have you asked any Burmese construction workers what they pay for rent? I can't imagine them paying more than 500 baht per month for a room like that.

I think it's probably one of the cheapest rooms over there, internet is also included in the price so. Have you ever seen a foreigner living in such a cheap room? I'm not talking about Burmese construction workers.
I dont know the apartment name but the restaurants name thats beside the apartments is ลวงเหนือ ตามสั่ง. And this is the adress to the apartments Choeng Doi, Doi Saket District, Chiang Mai 50220, Thailand. I hope that helps :)
