I am planning to give my landlord a month's notice and move to Leeds. A couple of questions: 1. Do you think it is a good idea to search for places after providing notice, as most properties on Rightmove/Zoopla are immediate move-in and very few for a month after? 2. A UK local guarantor is asked by most letting agents, which I don't have. What is the way around this?
Stop spreading Rumours . No Rent is coming down for 1 bed and 2 beds. Of course there are few takers for 3 beds on rent and they are marginally lowering.
Buddy, I have seen the same scenario for 2 bed flats as well. If you go to Rightmove now and check prices for 2 bed flats in London, prices of so many flats have gone down.
