AG Garland is a man of honor. That said, he has done way too much (too little) to protect/project his honor image. When the facts say it's time to act, worrying about what the perpetrators of the insurrection will say about you and your actions (or lack there of) is giving them too much power.

Mr Schiff, please do not keep referring to DJT as "the President." Please be mindful and refer to him as "the ex-President" or "Mr. Trump" or "Donald Trump." Our country has enormous problems because of all those who still think of DJT as the President! Help them all remember he no longer is. (And thank God and sane voters for that.)

Watching Merrick Garland today as he sat to answer questions for the GQP I found my eyes rolling back farther and farther into my head. The Clown Show hollered at him continuously. They rarely gave him a chance to answer a question. They badgered him incessantly. I felt bad for Garland. He wasn't allowed to answer. When he tried to, they made insinuations to bully him into submission. I wanted so badly for Garland to fight back hard. But here's the reality: Merrick Garland is a Judge. Judges typically control a courtroom. In this case, the Clowns and Criminals controlled the courtroom. Garland is used to dealing with intelligent people and protocol. Today we saw the clowns and criminals run circles around Garland with dizzying speed. The good part though.....Merrick Garland just might surprise them soon. And I'm pretty sure the GQP Clowns knew it. They're afraid of Garland. As they should be. VOTE BLUE

So eloquently said I could not add one word

I watched it yesterday, the bit about the naked lady on her bicycle cracked me up, glad Garland said "that's a local issue, not DOJ's". They do this all the time with their hearings, brings up some very petty jurisdiction based issues making it sound like it's a country issue, such as Boebert's "peeing in the bushes" one.
