Many thank you for the excellent video Most laptops are are pain to get into but my sve1511k1e was over heating and was so easy to open up and clean the fan and unscrew the heatsink for so lovely artic mx-2 thermal paste my intel i3 2370 is at 45c instead off 65-70c all I got to do now is change the Wi-Fi card to something better with 5ghz
Oh if anyone putting new thermal paste . There’s no point in unscrewing the fan just unscrew the 4 cpu screws and the 1 screw at the top big head little x that way you can apply thermal and clean fan at same time
I gave my vaio vpceb16fg for repair (heating issue). The repair guy cleaned the heatsink. When I booted my laptop, it failed to recognise dedicated GPU (ATI RADEON HAD 5650, 1 GB). Checked using GPU-Z and the command dxdiag. It says basic driver. Did the repair guy stole my GPU? Is it even possible. Please help. Great channel btw. Thanks.

I had exactly the same problem with Lenovo Y580 with i7 and GTX660M. After deeper investigation it turned out a problem with damaged motherboard. I sold this laptop to pieces.
