Hey I have one of these electric hoist that is new from VEVOR (PA1000 2200lb) that was died after 15sec of extending the cable. I got it replaced but I want to see if it is repairable since VEVOR does not want the old one back. MY testing shows it has a ground fault on stator winding (tests at 3k Ohms to ground). Trips breaker immediately every time. It worked for the 1st 15sec I had it and started tripping the GFCI. My thinking is that it was damaged by the shippers. I have not taken it apart other than the electrical box to do some testing. It might be multiple problems and not just the stator. Do you know if parts are available for these hoists? Haven't been able to find. Do have any suggestions for other repair testing?
