Hi Joe, thank you for your great and informative videos. Please advice what can be wrong with my Ninebot ES2. I buy new front wheel with motor because old motor shakes and vibrate (not turning smooth, like steps) but after I change wheel, it is same problem... I take it apart and all wires are great connected, battery is blinking blue, but is 40Volts on instrument, not 36V is it normal? Please your opinion before I order new controller Thank you very much for reply Mario
Sense you bought a new motor but still have problem the motor , when you ride your scooter still vibrate, check all wiring including controller wiring some wire broken , or when you turn on the light motor noisy and when turn off your head lights noisy gone that issue is motor controller. There was a problem in the controller (when I connect the blue wire from the motor to the controller, the motor does not turn smoothly, all wires have congtact and I can't see any burned out electronic element), now I replaced it with a new one and everything works as it should. I have an e45. Error code 21 saying bms not detected. Took apart and it's still blinking blue. Made very sure no wires are loose. Do you think the bms is bad?
Hello, thanks for your help, have you ever seen both blue and red LEDs on the BMS flashing simultaneously? I have tried balancing each cell individually as much as possible and still no output and both LEDs flashing, thanks again
@@joetechdxb1664 Thanks for your reply, after pressing reset button for 10 seconds I get fast red blink then one slow red, plug the charger but then again both red and blue, tried also reset while pluged into the charger
Hello, I just bought the E25E plus the original external battery for the e25e. Could you please tell me if I should charge it to 80% (or how many%?) Or fully charge it to 100% to extend battery life? there is no information anywhere whether the batteries in this scooter have BMS or PCM ... thank you very much for your answer Regards
It's not matter how many % percent you will charger the scooter, don't zero percent your battery because sometimes it's hard to recover the BMS due to zero percent, better charger is 50 % your battery life charger but let cool down 30min . Before charging so that not damaged your battery

Good day, mostly the issue for error 21 is the bms, check the terminal Rx, and tx terminal , also check the 120 ohms resistor from the bms if is open or bad resistance. Hope I will help you

Good day, before you connect the new controller besure to check the battery voltage if is good 36 to 40 volts that's fine but below 👇 36 volts battery issue, if battery good and controller new open your dashboard maybe water damaged or broken wire. Try to observe the bms first, if the the blue blinking good and voltage 36 volts battery ok, that the time to focus on controller board the issue of your scooter is controller thank you god bless

Do you know what could be wrong with my battery? Its blinking blue. If i measure on battery i get 3,36volt. If i connect white cable to controller i get 15-20volt that goes down to 10volt and stays there. If i connect charger it goes to blinking red and the charger blink green and red. If i connect it goes back to blinking blue.
For Ninebot battery when you directly charging led light blinking red and green means battery is charging, try to remove bms and check the volt battery voltage if 36 volts is good.
@@joetechdxb1664 hi. Im sitting here atm and just watched every cell is ok. Between 3.74 to 3.77volt so all cells looks ok. Im thinking of buying the ”top” bms that is swapable. But of there a way to check the bottom bms is ok? Fuses seems ok and i can measure B+ and B- on bottom BMS and i get 37volt

Yes , but mostly 48 error comes from es4 with external battery, due to damage port and loose power, if your scooter es4 with external remove battery external and you can use it again your scooter or replace the bms external battery.

hi sir ask ko lang po if ano problem kapag ayaw magcharge ng es2 pero kapag tinanggal ko battery and chinarge ko po sya ng rekta sa charger nagchacharge naman po pero kapag nakasalpak na sa stem ayaw magcharge
If you have extra controller try to changed and test, sometimes in the controller problem if the battery you said is charging, also check the terminal charging port to the controller maybe not connected good luck god bless😉
Hi joeTech, My ES2 has a problem on charging, minsan charging, minsan ayaw magcharge. ang bilis din nya magfull, Tapos pag open mo ulit unit. 1bar nalang. Pinacheck ko sa service center, bms problem daw. Steady blue lang ung ilaw. Is there any solution bukod sa palit ng BMS? Thank you.
Maaeing bms nga ang issue ng scooter mo, pero Kung mabubukasan mo ang battery internal mo brod. Sometimes loose terminal lang yan, then check you battery cell Kung balances pa. Good luck god bless
No sorry, try to open your scooter battery, check nyo po ang BMS if not blinking try to reset first the bms ,and check your battery voltage, lower than 35 mahina na battery nyo, pero madalas nasisira lang po BMS sa Ninebot good luck po God bless

Mayroon kabang Ninebot Segway apps connect mo Doon tapos punta ka sa battery limit baka naka limit lang ang charging Gawin mo 100%.yung bms blue light mabilis yan pag baka connect ang controller tapos naka on pa normal lang ang bilis., Pag naka tangal ang battery at mabilis parin may problems ang bms mo
Hello po , medyo malakilaki na magagastos mo Jan bro. Better na bumili ka nalang ng bago, error 18 sa mother board or motor wiring, error 19 mostly sa battery or bms na. At medyo matanda na es1 pa.

Nahinang ko na yung nakaspot weld sir. Pag chineck ko voltage sa terminals ng walang bms ang reading is 41.3v pero pag nilagyan ko ng bms biglang nagdadrop sa 3.7v same result kahit ibalik ko yung orig bms. Pag inalis ko bms magdadrop sa zero volts tapos dahan dahan aakyat sa 41.3v ulit.
Double check first if controller issue, error 18 between motor wiring or controller check all wiring on the motor, laki ikot mo sa by your hand Kung Hindi mabigat ang motor. Sa shop may controller kami

Tangalin mo ang battery mo sir, makikita mo bms pag walang blinking lights reset mo muna . Pag wala parin try no palitan ang bms mo pero pay natangal ang bms tapat may makuha Kang 36 volts sa battery page mababa masira ang battery mo sir. God bless good luck

Hello , not Ninebot E25 blinking Siya ng blue pero not charging dapat mag red yan para ng charge Siya, may issue po kayo sa bms. Kasi ng on pa ang scooter mo at nagagamit mupa , means stock nalang ng battery yan pag na ubos na di muna magagamit, wag muna zero battery mo mahihirapan lalu ang bms mo. Jumper negative charging at output voltage ng bms. Pag ayaw na mag charge means bms na po. God bless

Pero si la sacas de esa forma, los pines que hacen continuidad con las celdas se doblan, te lo digo por experiencia, llevo un año reparando seguido esos scooter y la verdad, son muy delicados en sus componentes, también he reparado todos los errores y modificar la tarjeta para que no vuelvan a aparecer. 😎👍
