Water leaking from HEL Solar water Heater through 2 top weakened &worn out silicon ring gel washers are not replaced by fresh silicon gel ring washers &wrongly remarked by its Technician as Outer Steel Tank leakages from bottom of the drum nearby waterdrain valve& not yet rectified as an after sales service when 5 years warranty service is mentioned in their operational manual &being made the Customers as much desperated purchasers for keeping it as a dead investment!!
