These factory wheels are nothing special so they don't require a 100% perfect repair. I just didn't want this large scratch to stick it like a sore thumb so I decided to do a touch-up job on it. #wheels #trucks #diesel
After I looked at the wheel a day or two later I decided I wanted it to look totally "new", so I ended up lightly sanding that small scratch down with 180 grit sandpaper, then cleaned again, then misted with the silver wheel paint, then re-cleared the spoke. Now you REALLY can't even tell it was scratched! I show a pic in the next video.
