Is this a cantopexia or a cantoplasty?

Dr. I have done skin pinch blephroplasty in that doctor remove more skin it's his nigligence.and in left eye I got retraction ectropian.later on one oculoplasty surgeon put hylronic acid filler six month is almost over. Now half of the filler effect reduce. But almost all irritation and discomfort is over and planning to go for correction surgery .so I have heard spacer graft is also help ful to rectify this problem? Is it true? And skin graft is also the option but aesthetically it looks weird. So what should I do? Pls. Guide me

I have my left eye is very loose when is hit my head in my bed it make a pain like a chamber inside my eye.

Had right eye surgery twice. Lower eyelid still turns in.

I had upper/lower eyelid surgery and I’m botched! I’m depressed everyday!!!! I have terrible scaring and most importantly I have ectropion now please help 😭😭😭😭
