Thanks again for not editing out the parts where you didn't think things would go as planned like on tv shows...those are so fake. I renovate homes but never tried to fix blinds. thanks for keeping it real, i see some of these posts people are washed over from reality and dont realize that the most sucessful people in the world learned from their own mistakes but also to learn from others mistakes.

Thank you so much! Our vertical blinds quit opening and closing a few weeks ago; and thought we were going to have to replace them. But instead I stumbled across your video, and think hmmmm, I think I might be able to fix these. And voila! Our problem was the exact same as you depicted in your video, and once I pushed it back down in, gave it a little lubrication, and snapped the cover back on; they work like a dream!

this helped me be confident to try myself. The one i was working on had been somehow reversed and if i toook off all the blinds and rotated around to 90 and reinstalled blinds it worked perfectly again. as i saw watching your video just flimsy plastic parts somehow gear most have jumped 90 degrees when someone maybe forced it. THANK YOU!

The wand attachment part has broken off so I can't simply attach a new wand. Would send picture if I could. Need to replace whole assembly. Do you have video for replacement of whole assembly and is it very difficult? Thanks Polly

You need someone to hold your camera so we could get a better view. You know, for us people who need the book, 'Blind Fixing for Dummies'. The metal 'shaft' doesn't turn on mine. Do you make house calls? LOL I'm going to give it a try anyhow.
