i replace all parts like side panel soft panel and the bms but when ako aready setup all those parts my bms are get hot dont why is this possible this are legit? i buy it from online shopping

Yes its not difficult to fix and find the defective battery, but the thing is that if one or two or more defective battery you need to replace the whole pack of battery why because it is already saturated, you will need to replace the whole thing battery pack with a brandnew pack and it is not easy to buy bcoz its too expensive

Do you even know what you are doing? There was clearly oxidation on bms ribbon (min 1:05) ... no need to put new bms or change that rail !
