Boss Bong, antagal na natin naglilinis ng mga obstruction sa kalsada. Hindi pa rin maubos maubos. Mga pasaway talaga noypi. Simple simple, hindi pa makasunod.

For business owners who are using the sidewalks as an extention of their businesses, a representative from a LGU or maybe a deputized MMDA officer should write them off a ticket that'll reflect upon their business renewal.

LTO should step up their checkpoints as I am suspecting with all of these apprehensions on all of these drivers/riders, they may not be renewing their registrations altogether due to their multiple penalties

Make the laws more severe. Try to run - vehicle impounded and license revoked. Multiple same violations - revoke license . If you state you have no license - vehicle impounded even you try to show license later. These are stiff penalties but the ones in place are clearly not working.

I keep thinking, if they only wear their helmet properly and also have their shoes on (even if they don't have a license, not a good thing though) they won't get stopped by MMDA. The problem with these people is that they are aware that what they are doing is wrong but does it anyway. I always see this common pattern in GA's videos. Not wearing helmet or shoes = No license + Towed.

Welcome to PH, the only time you need a helmet is when your head is already on the road smashed. The fines needs to be more expensive. Drivers of towed vehicles needs to undergo license exams again or have their license revoked. Business needs to follow the law or have their license revoked.

There should be daily report of motorcycle fatalities in the news like Covid report back then. That way people will be aware of how many people dies of motorcycle accidents with no safety gears everyday.

There should already be a study on increasing the penalties for traffic violations namely Driving without license, no helmets, illegal parking and more. Ridiculous fees will deter violators and repeat offenders. Make it twice or thrice the rates. Can you imagine illegal parking penalty from P1000 to P2000 increased to P5000. Ewan ko na lang if they still do it. YES to higher penalties.

Millions spendt to rehabilitate road but no space to walk. Yes and what is mmda's solution? Tigas ulo ng mga Pinoy alam na natin yun.. shouldn't we adjust and provide a better solution than just do the same thing everyday knowing this solution isn't effective? No helmet, fine them 5k then give them a helmet every time they pay the fine on the spot kung pwede. May resibo naman Yan and mmda ops team naman. No slippers? Fine them then sabay issue shoes, malunod sila sa sangkatutak na sapatos sa paulit ulit, tingnan natin kung Hindi pa Rin suotin Yan.. Illegal parking, fine them 2k for attended, why only 2k? To be considerate lang sa AY SAGLIT LANG AKO GANG. But 10k + tow if unattended which would make them think of renting a permanent parking space and be a responsible car owner. Overloading motorcycle passenger, fine and them give them a beep card or lrt ticket para maforce din gamitin kasi binayaran na rin naman nila yun. Mga obstruction sa sidewalk, confiscate tlga dapat yun after first warning confiscate then donate to the city or community where it was confiscated to pay for their economic cost the city niya.

Saddest being batang kankaloo.. After election, local government offcial rely in National government. There should be penalty to be given in city Mayor. From Mayor to Barangay Captain should be penalized.

Ignorance of the law excuses no one. The moment you own and drive a motorcycle, you should already know the traffic rules and law. This is unacceptable specialy for those individual who already got their license. How come they have passed the exam on getting the license and they don't know the traffic law? Or is it another recto license? I think time to increase penalties on each repeated violations.
